Gelu is a Project Engineer at General Energy Corporation (GEC), where her work focuses on solar proposal design, system optimization, project coordination, and regulatory compliance. Over her years of experience in the solar industry, she has contributed to the development of hundreds of solar designs spanning from residential to commercial PV projects, focusing on efficient, cost-effective, and reliable solar energy solutions that meet customer needs.

She works closely with internal teams to ensure that projects are executed in alignment with pre-construction proposals. She also coordinates with regulatory and incentive programs such as SREC registration, DG rebate applications, and PJM GATS reporting, managing multiple applications and documentation to help customers receive eligible incentives and rebates in a timely and organized manner.

Her work ensures that projects meet technical standards, regulatory compliance, and performance expectations from design through implementation.
