Rather than a standard flush-mount installation, GEC designed this 120 kW system with modules railed and tilted at 10 degrees on a metal seam roof — improving energy yield by capturing more sunlight throughout the day, promoting rainwater cleaning, and enhancing airflow beneath the panels during Illinois summers.
